This year the Peak Methodist Church is offering two very different ways to explore the meaning of Christmas, through a Nativity Escape Room on Sunday 8th December,and aFestival of Nativity Scenes from Friday 13th to Monday 16th December. Creative, engaging and family friendly, both offer interesting and captivating ways to make the 'Journey to Bethlehem' to discover more about the birth of Jesus and the nativity story.
How will you make the 'Journey to Bethlehem' this year?
Festive Family Fun – Explore the story of the first Christmas with child and family friendly activities, puzzles and crafts to help you solve clues and crack the codes that lead you to the stable in Bethlehem. In small teams, race against the clock and each other to unlock the chest and win!
Come and enjoy breakfast from 9:30am, Escape Room starts at 10am. Further details in the adjacent poster.
Come and see the meaningful story of Christmas pictured through over 100 beautiful Nativity Crib Scenes in a warm and exciting atmosphere, and discover again how the birth of Jesus came about, and why that brings so much to celebrate in this season. Christmas refreshments will be available.
Doors will be open from 10am to 4pm on Friday, Saturday & Monday, and from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday.
