Broadband in Hathersage Methodist Church

Hathersage Methodist Church has recently installed Wifi throughout the church building.

There were a few logistical challenges along the way – the building is a giant U-shape with a car park in the middle, making it very difficult to get a consistent signal! However thanks to support from local provider Gigapeak and some nifty wiring and transmitters, there is now a strong Wifi signal throughout the premises.

The building is busy all week with community activities, church groups and children's clubs, not to mention overnight pilgrims walking the Peak Wesley Way, so the new broadband will be a great benefit to many.

The church has also recently improved its Hall facilities by installing a new sound system and a permanent ceiling projector.
