We are an active, inclusive church in the centre of Hathersage. Our congregation comes from a range of nationalities and backgrounds with ages from 1 year to 94 years old. Our building includes a community hall which is well used by local groups throughout the week. The church grounds have been turned into a woodland community garden which is run by volunteers and offers a peaceful haven for people and wildlife in the centre of the village.
All are welcome at our weekly Sunday 10.30am services, which include a Sunday Club for children aged 2 to 12 years. We also run Messy Church for families on the first Sunday afternoon of the month, and other community events through the year.

Hathersage Methodist Church is part of the Peak Wesley Way – a pilgrimage route for small groups of all faiths and none that connects six rural chapels in the beautiful Peak District National Park.
